Describe the verification steps sellers complete. Publish exact criteria before verification goes live and do not claim checks that have not been performed.
Fair dealing
Set expectations for honouring orders, handling queries and treating members fairly, as fulfilled through the Addira application.
Prohibited conduct
No manipulation of recommendations, fake reviews, or paid placements disguised as community endorsement.
